What supplements do you take?

What supplements do you take? I like to take creatine, as I think that it really does help my muscle mass out somewhat. I just see good results since I started taking it some time back. Granted, I do put in a lot of hard work, but this just enhances what I do.

SteveO., what does creatine do for the body? Is it essential to take if you want results? Is this something that females take or is it just for males?

Creatine, fish oil and multivit. I add D vitamin as well, especially during winter. I keep protein powder as a backup. Use it the most when I'm cutting or have a bad diet day.

Nature process is more better than these supplmnsts any ways most of my friends take creatine

I eat a healthy enough diet to not be deficient in anything else, and creatine definitely improves my strength/endurance a noticeable amount.
