Do you use different tempo in your excersice sometimes? Like exampel: Slowly lowering the bar in squats? Slowly lowering the bar in pulls? Isometric holds in different positions etc?

Hi! no, I do not use this method of training. I on the contrary try to fulfill high-speed qualities in muscles
