Training Question

You mentioned on another post that you train twice a day 6 days a week. How long does each training session take? and is it only Snatch , Clean and Jerk and Front Squat you practice in each session?

these are different exercises. In the morning, training is not great, more often it's just a warm-up or a front / back squat, snatch / clean pull, push press. And in the evening, the main training. just to restore I always use the sauna twice a week
