as you have said your training method is bulgarian, i was just wondering how you would go about implementing this with someone and also how to solve overhead stability weaknesses from this specific style of training.

my training technique is similar to the Bulgarian one. Each athlete needs his own approach, I have athletes who have already achieved high sports results, and I have conducted quite a few seminars, I always apply the correct method for training to any athlete, but always the percentage of scales lifted remains high. The most important thing in the training technique is the elimination and work on the weak points of the athlete
